Imported directly from the forests of West Africa, Ghana Teak is widely regarded as the closest match to Burma Teak in terms of grain structure and stability, but at a more affordable price point.
It has a moderate natural oil content which protects it from termites and decay. Its color ranges from golden-honey to medium brown, darkening gracefully with age. It is excellent for manufacturing furniture that needs to last for generations.
Does not warp or shrink easily. Perfect for door frames in varying Indian climates.
Beautiful grain pattern that accepts polish and varnish exceptionally well.
